This large project is two-fold: A contemporary update
that embraces both the original material palette and
the original floor plan and an exercise in creating
usable outdoor space on an extremely steep site. The
house has been largely augmented by an update of materials
both inside and out and by an extensive scope of addition
in the form of a swimming pool, summer kitchen, outdoor
living area and sports court.
